Are pets allowed?
To maintain our high standard of accommodation, we request that our guests do not bring pets to the apartments. Exceptions may be made in certain cases, in which case you will be responsible for any damage that is incurred during your stay, please see the terms and conditions of your reservation.
How can I pay for my accommodation?
We accept most major credit cards. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the accommodation charge is required at the time of making your reservation , the balance paid before or on arrival.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be cancelled if cancellations are made at least one month in advance, a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, will apply. If you cancel from within one month to 5 days before your arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. No refunds will be given for cancellations advised less than 5 days prior to arrival.
Are electricity, heat, water, and phone charges included in the price?
Yes, all but phone charges. Phone calls are charged by providing credit card details to our service provider. Please contact us for more information.
How do I check in and check out?
A representative from Gardenview Apartments will meet you at your apartment to show you around and to give you the keys to the apartment. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time to meet you between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday. If you are arriving after business hours or on a weekend or public holiday, please contact us beforehand to obtain the check in arrangements. At the time of your check out (usually 11:00am) a representative of Gardenview Apartments will meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.
A check list of things to do before you leave the apartment will be provided to you when you check in.
Does the apartment have linen, crockery and cutlery?
All of our apartments are fully furnished with crockery and cutlery, and freshly laundered linen and towels are supplied for all registered guests. The only thing you will need to bring is your personal luggage.
Will my apartment be serviced?
Your apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. If you wish we can help you arrange cleaning of the apartment once a week during your stay.
Will my apartment have secure undercover parking?
Most of the apartments have off-street parking available. If parking is essential for you, please specify this when you make your reservation.
Will my apartment have a view?
Many apartments have a view. If this is essential for you, please specify this when you make your reservation.
Can I extend my stay?
Any extensions should be reserved as soon as possible. There is no guarantee your apartment will be available for your extended stay, however if your apartment is not available, we may be able to find another apartment that will be suitable for you.
How do I collect my keys?
A representative from Gardenview Apartments will meet you at your apartment at an arranged time between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, to show you around and to give you your keys. If you are arriving after hours or over weekends or public holidays please contact us for the check in arrangements.
Where do I return my keys?
At the time of your check out (usually 11:00am) a representative of Gardenview Apartments will meet you at the apartment to collect the keys. A check list of things to do before you leave the apartment will be provided to you when you check in.
What is supplied in the apartment?
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with linen and towels, bedding, TV, VCR and/or DVD player, CD player and a fully equipped kitchen.
